This is a story/craft program geared for children ages 7 and up. Younger children can be registered as long as a parent accompanies them. Each week we will read a fairy tale, enjoy a snack, and create a craft project related to the tale. Space is limited. Registration is required. Fairy Tale is Puss in Boots.

These hardy Mums will be ready for delivery in September. These are 9-10 inch pots with plants that are about two feet across. They are locally grown at Murray Farms in Penacook. The proceeds from this sale will help offset the costs of trail maintenance and equipment costs. There are five colors of plants, Dark Red, White, Yellow, Pink/Lavender and Rust/Bronze.
You may purchase mums by pre order or you can choose plants at the Bandstand either day of the sale.
Pre-Orders will be taken starting August 28, 2017
All orders must be in by September 11th,2017.
The plants will be available for pick-up or delivery Saturday the 16th or Sunday the 17th 2017 (8am-2pm)

A fun co-ed group exercise class that combines strength training and cardio work in a variety of ways including drills, circuits, games, and interval training. Participants leave having completed a full-body workout each class.

Beginner/Family this class is for children and adults who are NEW to archery and competition. This is a target archery class consisting of shooting at a stationary bullseye target. Form & Safety will be emphasized. Participants will enjoy games, learn about scoring and have fun with balloons. No experience needed.
Come as you are, be ready for intense challenge and yet have FUN. Come improve your shooting abilities. Develop the mental aspects of shooting as well as the excitement of learning the art of an age old skill.

Our Gentle Yoga class offers stretching and strengthening and relaxing opportunities with chair support for full-body engagement, head & neck to ankles & toes. Whether you're new to yoga, expanding your physical therapy practice, and/or looking for new ways to explore your body, this yoga class will offer practice for building flexible strength, using the chair for seated poses and for balancing poses. We are happy to have Ultimate Frisbee return for its 2nd year with Bow Recreation! Ultimate Frisbee combines the nonstop movement and endurance of soccer with the aerial passing of football and the teamwork of basketball—making it one of the most fun and aerobic team sports.
The objective of this non-contact sport is to throw a Frisbee up the field among team of seven (can be modified to account for more or less players) from teammate to teammate until it’s caught in the opponent’s end zone.
