WATER & WASTE-WATER FACT SHEET FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT VISIONING SESSION
Warrant Article 6 at the 2002 Town Meeting authorized the issuance of $12,500,000 in general obligation (GO) bonds, which obligate all taxable property in the Town, for water and waste-water infrastructure improvements. The article authorized the Select Board to obtain available grants, issue the bonds in phases and provided that the authorization shall not lapse.
Design Capacity of 400,000 gallons per day (GPD) for both water and waste-water.

| Water: | Mains in Johnson Road, Vaughn Road, Ryan Road, Thibeault Drive, Tallwood Drive, Gordon Road, and Robinson Road (3-A to I-93); and, extend mains in 3-A (Dunklee to Vaughn and south toward Hooksett) and in River Road (north to Vaughn and south to Johnson) | |
| Waste-water: | Two smaller pump stations, gravity sewer to serve areas above, force mains from pump stations, and cross-country sewer Tallwood Drive to River Road. | |
