For all other residential development (e.g. townhouses, duplexes, multi-family, and manufactured houses), the impact fee is based on the number of bedrooms as indicated below:

I further agree to notify the Building Inspector of any changes in living area (including but not limited to finished basement, finished bonus space over the garage, etc). |
