As Adopted on March 13,2001 and from time to time amended.

I acknowledge that as a condition of the building permit, the total impact fee due above must be paid prior to final inspection, issuance of a certificate of occupancy, or occupancy of the dwelling or dwellings. I agree that I will not occupy and that I will not permit occupancy of the dwelling or dwellings on the above described property prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. I further agree to notify the Building Inspector of any changes in living area (including but not limited to finished basement, finished bonus space over the garage, etc).
