Additional fees for review of studies, documents and plans : The
Board may require fees in addition to those stipulated above for anticipated
costs of consultation by engineers, Town Counsel, or other needed experts
or specialists. The Applicant will be required to submit funds in an
amount to be determined by the Board. The funds will be held in an
escrow account by the Board and shall be expended at the Board's discretion
for approved services.
